4G BATTERY CCTV
Wireless Security Cameras
Battery-operated, motion-triggered 4G cameras that detect, record and alert, with remote monitoring from Pride Remote Monitoring.
TEMPORARY CCTV
Security cameras with no power supply needed
Our wireless security cameras are built for places where running cables is impractical. Each camera is battery operated and sends images and video over 4G, so there is no need for mains power, a network connection or building work. A Pride Remote Monitoring engineer can install them quickly on a wall, fence, pole or structure.
Pride Remote Monitoring was set up to help property owners prevent damage before it happens. The camera range is designed to be reliable and low-maintenance, with battery life of between one and four years depending on the model chosen.
The service is tailored to each site, from a single camera watching a gate to several units covering a yard, a building and its approach. Because the cameras are compact and easy to move, they also suit short-term needs such as a refurbishment, a period of vacancy or a known problem that has flared up at a particular spot.
Unlike a basic consumer camera, every unit can be linked to a monitoring and response plan. An alert does not have to sit unnoticed on a phone; it can be reviewed and acted on by people whose job is to deal with it.

CAMERA FEATURES
Features of our wireless CCTV cameras
Our 4G battery cameras include:
- Wide-angle passive infrared (PIR) motion sensor with signal analysis
- High-quality video and images during the day and at night
- AI-based threat recognition with remotely adjustable sensitivity to filter false alarms
- Powerful siren and flashing beacon when an intruder is detected
- Large footage storage with the ability to download clips
- Web portal and smartphone app for self-monitoring
- Weatherproof design that works from -40°C to +60°C
HOW IT WORKS
From motion to response
Motion detected
The PIR sensor picks up movement and the camera starts recording.
Alert sent
The clip is sent over 4G to the monitoring team and, if you wish, to your phone.
Verified and challenged
An operator checks the footage. The siren and beacon warn intruders they have been seen.

Quick installation with expert positioning
A camera is only as good as its view. Before fitting anything, we look at how people and vehicles approach the site, where the entry points are and which areas hold the most value. Cameras are then mounted high enough to capture a wide field of view and to be hard to reach or tamper with.
Once installed, detection sensitivity can be adjusted remotely, so the system can be fine-tuned without another site visit. If your needs change, cameras can be moved to a new position or a new site with little disruption.

COMPARE
Wireless cameras, towers or guards?
Wireless cameras are ideal when you need discreet or targeted coverage at a few specific points. For wide, open sites where a strong visual deterrent matters, a mast-mounted unit from our rapid deployment CCTV tower range may be the better choice.
Cameras can also reduce the hours you need a person on site. Some clients use wireless CCTV overnight and keep mobile patrols for lock-up checks, so the site is watched all the time without the cost of a full-time guard. Our security CCTV page shows how the options fit together.
FAQs
Wireless security camera FAQs
How long do the camera batteries last?
Battery life in our wireless camera range is between one and four years, depending on the camera chosen and how often it is triggered. Because the cameras only record when motion is detected, they use very little power between events. We will advise on the best model for how busy your site is.
Do wireless security cameras need Wi-Fi?
No. Our cameras use 4G mobile connectivity to send images, video and alerts, so they do not rely on Wi-Fi or a broadband line. That makes them suitable for empty buildings, open land and construction sites where there is no network connection.
Can I view the cameras myself?
Yes. You can use the web portal and smartphone app to check your cameras, view footage and download clips. This works alongside monitoring by Pride Remote Monitoring, so you can keep an eye on your site while our team handles activations.
Will animals or weather set off false alarms?
The cameras use a wide-angle PIR sensor with signal analysis and AI-based threat recognition, and detection sensitivity can be adjusted remotely. Together these filter out many false alarms. The cameras are weatherproof and work in temperatures from -40°C to +60°C.
Where should the cameras be positioned?
We advise on placement as part of the service. As a general rule, cameras should cover all points of entry and be mounted high enough to capture a wide view while being hard to reach. We assess each site individually before recommending positions and the number of cameras needed.
